McCann\nBradley S. McCann\, of the law firm KGG LLC\, has been practicing law for twenty-seven years after practicing as a certified public accountant in tax and audit prior to law school. His law practice focuses mainly on estate and gift planning (structuring plans to maximize benefits for the family)\, income and estate tax planning and strategy (structuring plans to minimize tax consequences for individuals\, estates and businesses)\, corporate and business structuring and planning (ensuring optimal business structures from startup and strategies through ongoing operations)\, and residential and commercial real estate transactions (negotiating contracts and closing transactions).
