DESCRIPTION:Día de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a two day festival that takes place every Nov 1st and 2nd traditionally in Mexico and Central America. This special day is celebrated to honor loved ones who have died. \nJoin us to learn more about this tradition and make an ofrenda (altar) to honor your loved one. Materials will be provided and are free of charge. DESCRIPTION:This is a two part series:\nBeginning on Aug. 12\, and ending on Aug. 19th\nBoth parts must be completed for all 4 CEUs.\nTraining for Community Grief Responders\nCome learn how to support the grievers in your community through this new training provided by Lightways Grief Counselors. We can all get better at grief\, and learning what is most helpful to grievers after the death of a loved one will increase your confidence in what to do or say to support them. This training is designed for community members and leaders (i.e. Healthcare providers\, religious organizations\, community service providers\, senior living community staff\, funeral home directors\, etc.) who are interested in supporting their grievers in their community.
